Meet Your Therapist

I have been offering massage to the Longmont community for the past seven years and enjoy helping others ease their discomfort through this practice. 

Once we can relax the mind, our body follows.

I received my 600 hour Massage Therapy Certification from The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Longmont, CO. I studied Craniosacral Therapy with Ascentia Fox and Mana Lomi therapies with Mala'aka Yates D.C. in Maui, Hawai'i.   Before moving to Colorado to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, I received my BA in Arts Management with a minor in Communication from The University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. I then spent a semester living in Los Pargos, Costa Rica, interning at PEACE RETREAT, a yoga retreat center.

 My intention is to help people in our community to alleviate pain, relax their muscles and gain mobility to live their best lives through massage.  I specialize in relaxation massage that incorporates targeted deep tissue work and craniosacral to reset the nervous system. 

I am originally from Wisconsin, the land of cheese and the packers. I enjoy cycling, yoga and snowboarding.
